About the role

As a warehouse employee at Pro Optix, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth flow of their advanced fiber and network solutions. You will work with a variety of tasks within both warehouse management and administration, in a smaller team where your initiative is appreciated. The role involves handling lighter electronic products in a modern office environment.

The position is full-time with working hours between 08:00 and 17:00 on weekdays, with some flexibility. The desired start date is immediate, and we count on you for vacation coverage during the summer, though the possibility of 1–2 weeks of leave exists (not during weeks 29–31).

Responsibilities

The role as a Warehouse Employee entails varied responsibilities within both warehouse management and administration. You will work with order handling, logistics, and contribute to efficient flows in our warehouse, which is integrated into the office environment.

• Pick and pack orders according to order lists
• Handle inbound and outbound deliveries of products
• Manage order handling and simple administration in systems
• Be responsible for daily warehouse administration
• Work with labels and potential automation

We are looking for you who

• Has previous work experience, preferably from warehouse and admin
• Has good computer skills and is comfortable working in systems
• Is meticulous, methodical, and takes responsibility
• Has very good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written)
• Thrives with varied tasks and can take your own initiative
